Our role
4D Massage Chair Sourcing: a buyer-side coordination role.
We organize requirements and supplier questions for business purchasing as an independent sourcing partner. Our role is to make a proposed chair easier to evaluate, with the buyer's configuration, delivery scope and unresolved evidence kept visible together. The buyer retains final approval; a sourcing discussion does not establish stock, authorization, product suitability or a health benefit.

Responsibilities belong beside the requirement.
| Requirement | Buyer input | Supplier confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Product | The purchasing team identifies application, required controls, upholstery choices, recline functions and service expectations. It names who may approve a sample or substitution. | The proposed manufacturer or supplier answers for the exact model, configuration and manual. Qualified specialists assess applicable safety, labeling and market questions separately. |
| Order | Set quantity in pieces, US receiving site, requested timing, packaging needs and document scope. Express budget as a currency and per-chair or whole-order basis. | Identify included accessories, carton configuration, assembly responsibilities and commercial exclusions. Return model-specific MOQ and delivery assumptions rather than a family-level promise. |
The sourcing coordinator captures this brief, requests candidate responses and tracks mismatches. Sample, document and delivery coordination can be included when agreed, but a catalog listing does not become verified inventory and a family document does not become approval for a particular chair.
Trace an answer to the chair being offered.
| Evidence layer | Status | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer brief | Provided or open: acceptance conditions and approved revisions remain identified, including unresolved installation and permitted-use questions. | Buyer |
| Quoted model | Pending confirmation: retain model name, manufacturer identification, document issuer, revision and scope. Check whether controller, power supply and intended market match the inquiry. | Supplier |
| Public reference | A related-series report can suggest a follow-up question but cannot prove compliance for the proposed chair. No completed audits, customer history or production metrics are claimed here. | Research source |
| Final acceptance | The buyer approves the specification and commercial revision after assigned reviewers address relevant limits. Supplier information is not an endorsement by this service. | Buyer |
A broader feature set may suit a demonstration-led retail offer, while fewer configurable elements may simplify a cost-focused range. Neither is universally preferable. State the trade-off so candidates explain controls, parts support and packaging instead of simply attaching a lower unit price.
The Thomas supplier directory is a search and comparison reference recorded on 2026-10-09, not evidence of a relationship. Our service sequence shows how unanswered questions move toward a decision.
We can coordinate
Turn your Order Brief into candidate questions on chair specifications, order size, destination, documents and timing; keep replies and exceptions organized.
You confirm
Choose the supplier and approve sample, final configuration, document adequacy and budget. Installation, product suitability and permitted use require assessment against the actual equipment and setting.
